Pet’s Story
We rescued Pepper 15 years ago with his siblings Paws and Pixie. He had a tough start in life, but he managed to work his way to health thanks to the great care from his mom. Pepper was truly the most loving cat we have ever known. He gave us 15 years of endless cuddles, purrs, and happiness. He always wanted to be where the people were. He even tolerated being put into costumes and sweaters. Pepper loved tube treats, going outside on his leash, and begging for food (rotisserie chicken is a favorite). He taught our family the meaning of unconditional love. He had a short battle with lung cancer, with Dr. Levanson taking special care to try anything possible to save him. There is a huge empty spot in our lives and house without him, and we will miss him forever. He joins his sister Pixie in kitty heaven.
